NOHO App
One place for everything related to your apartment - right from your smartphone. A dedicated app for residents with functionalities such as managing payments, booking common areas (club, cinema, coworking), calling for technical assistance within 24 hours, posting announcements, using Noho Services, managing the smart home system, notifications.
Directly from the NOHO app you will order such services as cleaning, laundry, handyman, personal trainer, meal ordering, dog walking, babysitter, transportation.
NOHO Smart Home
Technology in the service of utility, safety and comfort. LINDEGO2 apartments are equipped with a smart home system. The Smart Home package allows for voice-operated or remote (from a mobile device) management and control of: lighting, heating (underfloor and radiator), availability of electricity at a particular outlet, and thanks to a motion sensor, it will allow building and running pre-programmed scenarios. NOHO Smart Home also offers a smoke detector and alarm siren, as well as the ability to expand the system to control blinds, shutters, air conditioning.
